The objectives of the adult education curricula are the base and guarantee for exploiting adult educational curricula effectively, whether the objectives of the adult education curricula are scientific and rational will have the effect on the development of adult educational＂ curricula＇ theory and practice directly. In this paper, the writer try to find the inspiration and guidance on how to make educational objectives in the process of exploiting and designing adult educational curricula by studying ＂ Tyler＇ s Rationale＇ and his classic formula model of educational objectives.
