17(xNi-Cu)/(NiFe_2O_4-10NiO)金属陶瓷的制备与性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用固、液相烧结工艺制备了4组17(xNi-Cu)/(NiFe2O4-10NiO)金属陶瓷和1组NiFe2O4-10NiO纯陶瓷材料,研究其显微组织以及抗弯强度、断裂韧性等性能。结果表明:相对固相烧结样品,采用液相烧结工艺制备的金属陶瓷材料晶粒粗化,但其力学性能却有所提高。其中,液相烧结的17(80Ni-Cu)/(10NiO-NiFe2O4)金属陶瓷材料抗弯强度达到152MPa,KIc达到4.54MPa·m1/2,比对应的固相烧结17(80Ni-Cu)/(10NiO-NiFe2O4)金属陶瓷分别提高3%和14.7%。进一步分析表明,力学性能提高主要得益于孔隙度下降。通过扫描电镜观察样品压痕发现,纯陶瓷中裂纹扩展形式单一,而金属陶瓷中裂纹扩展形式趋于多样化,使金属陶瓷韧性有较大提高。 4 groups of 17(xNi-Cu)/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet and 1 group of NiFe2O4-10NiO ceramic examples were prepared by using both solid and liquid phase sintering. Then the microscopic structure,bend strength and toughness of them were researched. The results show that it is difficult to get the cermets in which the metal distribution likes a network, even using liquid phase sintering. Though the grain of liquid phase sintering cermets is bigger, its mechanical properties are better than that of solid-phase sintering examples. For example, 17(80Ni-Cu)/(10NiO-NiFe2O4) cermet have highest σf and KIc, which are 152 MPa and 4.54 MPa·m^1/2 respectively. The crack expansion mode in cermet is much more complex than that in ceramic, so the KIc of cermets is much higher.
