鲁麦14空间诱变后代籽粒蛋白质及相关酶活性研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用返回式卫星搭载鲁麦14,经地面连续多年选择,选育出变异后代品系烟BLU99603和烟5158,在相同的生态条件下,比较研究了3个品种(系)花后不同时期籽粒蛋白质的积聚及相关酶活性的差异。结果表明,谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)的活性以烟5158最高,鲁麦14次之,烟BLU99603最低;且酶的活性与其相应的蛋白质积累量和积累速率一致。从空间变异后代中,有目的地选出蛋白质及其酶活性等性状有明显改良的新种质,是利用空间环境诱导小麦品质改良的新途径。 Dry grains of LM14 were carried in recoverable satellite, and its variane descendant, BL14 and Yah 5158, were obtained. LM14 and its descendant lines BLU 99603 and Y5158 induced by Space Mutagenesis were used to investigate the difference in the accumulation of protein and enzyme activity related to them under the sane environment situation.The activity of GS and GPT related to protein biosynthesis of Yan5158 was higher than that of LM14 and BLU99603 orderly, and the enzymes activity was consistent with the protein accumulation content and accumulation rate. The results above indicated that novel gennplasms with superior protein quality and enzymes activity could be affected from the descendants by Space Mutagenesis.A new method was probed in this study in order to improve wheat quality by Space Mutagenesis,
