植物甜菜碱合成相关酶及其基因工程研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 甜菜碱(Glybet)是植物体中起着无毒渗透保护作用的最主要的细胞相溶性物质,许多高等植物在干旱、盐碱和低温等不利环境下,在细胞中会积累大量甜菜碱,以维持细胞的正常膨压。综述了植物甜菜碱合成途径中磷酸乙醇胺N-甲基转移酶、胆碱单加氧酶和甜菜碱醛脱氢酶的分子生物学特性及其基因工程研究的最新进展。
