摘要
ERIC序列是近年来发现的存在于原核生物基因组中一类短的重复序列。该序列在染色体上的分布和拷贝数具有种间的特异性,根据序列中心高度保守的44 bp的ERIC核心序列设计反向引物,可扩增出反映细菌基因组结构特征的谱带。由于ERIC-PCR快速简便,图谱重复性好,能用于细菌分类鉴定、环境监测、污染治理以及人和动物肠道菌群结构研究等方面。
Entembacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus(ERIC), a kind of short duplication sequences, is found to exist in the genome of pmkaryotic organism. Distribution and copy of the sequence in chrornosome is interspecific specificity.According to the highly conservative core sequence,44bp,reverse primer is designed. ERIC-PCR can generate unique fmgerprints to reflect the structural feature of bacterial strains, and can identification species. ERICPER technique can be used in the identification of bacterium, environmental monitoring, investigation intestinal flora of human beings and animals,which is rapid, simple and repetitive.
