组蛋白乙酰化/去乙酰化与基因表达调控研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 在真核生物中,组蛋白是构成核小体的重要成分,其乙酰化与去乙酰化修饰在真核生物基因表达调控中起重要作用。组蛋白乙酰化异常(低乙酰化或高乙酰化)常会引起基因表达紊乱,进而引起疾病的发生。对组蛋白乙酰转移酶(Histone acetyltransferase,HAT)及组蛋白去乙酰化酶(Histone deacetylase,HDAC)的种类,组蛋白乙酰化与去乙酰化与基因表达调控、疾病发生的关系进行了综述。 Nucleosome constitutes chromation is a basic unit in eucaryote. Histones are important components of nucleosome and their modifications of acetylation and deacetylation play an important role in gene expression and its regulation in eucaryote. Abnormally acetylated histones,including hyperacetylation and hypoacetylation,usually lead to the foul-up of gene expression, furthermore, they arouse diseases. The types of histone acetyltransferases and deacetylases, the relations of histone acetylation/deacetylation,gene expression and its regulation were summaried and described briefly.
