长期施肥棕壤微生物量磷状况及其影响因素 被引量:5

The Status of Microbial Phosphorus in the Brown Soil with Long-term Fertilization and its Influencing Factor

摘要 通过棕壤定位试验,研究长期不同施肥后,棕壤微生物量磷的变化及其与土壤理化性质和微生物数量的关系。结果表明,长期施用化学磷肥或有机肥均能增加土壤微生物磷含量,尤以有机肥的作用明显;土壤微生物量磷含量较对照提高2.55-6.27倍,单施氮肥较对照下降42.8%,土壤微生物量磷与土壤肥力指标(除全钾、速效钾外)呈显著相关性,与微生物数量关系密切。 The changes of microbial phosphorus content in micmorganism in brown soil and its correlation with physical and chemical properties of soil and microorganism amount were studied after lang-term located experiment in brown soil with different fertilization for 27 years. The results showed that phosphate fertilizer and organic fertilizer in long-term application could increase microbial phosphorus content in soil, and the effect of organic fertilizer was significant specially. Compared with that in CK, the microbial phosphorus content in soil enhanced by 2.55 - 6,27 times and the nitrogen fertilizer applied separately decreased by 42,8%, The soil microbial phosphorus content was significantly related with the soil fertility index except total and rapid-available potassium and closely related with the microbial amount.
