At present the protection of estuarine wetland is regarded highly and the ecological environment water requirement calculation is fight away especially important,In this article the calculation method of eco-environmental water demand in estuarine wetland was introduced,and the minimum,suitable and maximum eco-environmental water demand of Shuangtaizi estuarine wetland were calculated respectively. This would be useful for water resources plan, the ecology protection, the region agriculture structure adjustment of Shuangtaizi area and so on.
