1626例糖尿病患者血尿酸水平及相关危险因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究2型糖尿病患者高尿酸血症的临床特征。方法收集1626例2型糖尿病患者的血尿酸及其他临床资料并进行分析。结果高尿酸血症的患病率15.93%;高尿酸组年龄更大,更胖,收缩压和舒张压增高,甘油三酯(TG)增高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)降低;血尿酸与BMI、TG、HbA1c、BUN、CR呈正相关(P<0.05),是预测血尿酸升高的主要因素。高尿酸组的肥胖、高血压、高血脂、代谢综合征(MS)等患病率明显升高。结论2型糖尿病高尿酸水平与肥胖、高血压、高血脂、代谢综合征等密切相关。 Objective To investigate the clinic of hyperuricemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Serum uric acid and other clinical data of 1626 type 2 diabetes were collected. Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia was 15.93% in type 2 diabetes. Thepatients with higher serum uric acid were elder, fatter, higher blood pressure, higher triglycerides (TG), lower density lipoproteins (HDL) cholesterol. Scrum uric acid was positive correlated with BMI,TG, HbAlc,BUN,CR. They were the predictors of hyperuricemia. Incidence of fat,hypertension ,hypertriglyceridermia, MS of hyperuricemia were higher. Conclusions Hyperuricemia of type two diabetes was closely correlated with obesity ,hypertension,hyperlioemia, and metabolic syndrome.
