大型变压器线圈涡流损耗分析

A Research of Eddy-Current Loss in Large Transformer's Windings

本文对超高压大容量变压器线圈的涡流损耗问题进行了分析讨论,首先利用早期发展的Roth方法对变压器的漏磁场进行了计算,在此基础上重点分析了漏磁场在线圈中产生的涡流损耗,以及影响损耗的几个因素。

In this paper, the leakage flux loss problems in the large transformer's windings are analyzed and discussed. First, the leakage magnetic field of a transformer is calculated by ROTH's method. It is researched that how the eddy current loss is produced in the winding. Finally several main factors that influenced the eddy current loss are obtained and some method is recommended to lower the loss.
