我市骨科护士康复护理知识与态度的现状调查

Investigation on the knowledge and attitude of rehabilitation nursing among orthopedic nurses in Shanghai

目的调查我市骨科护士康复护理知识与态度的现状,为加强骨科康复护理发展提供依据。方法分别对我市三级甲等、二级甲等医院进行分层随机抽样,采用自行设计的问卷对282名骨科护士进行抽样调查。结果骨科护士对康复护理的态度较好,但对康复护理知识掌握欠缺,不同学历和工作年限的护士在康复护理知识和态度方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重视骨科护士康复护理知识欠缺的现状,加强康复护理知识的教育与培训,注重骨科护理人才梯队建设。

Objective To investigate the knowledge and attitude of rehabilitation nursing among orthopedic nurses in Shanghai,and pro-vide basis for the effective orthopedic rehabilitation. Method By using the method of stratified randomly sampling method, 282 ortho-pedic nurses from several third-class hospitals and second-class hospitals in Shanghai were recruited and investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Result The orthopedic nurses showed good attitude towards rehabilitation nursing,but lack of rehabilitation nursing knowledge. There were significant differences among nurses with different educational level and working years （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is suggested to pay attention to the status of nurses＇ lack of rehabilitation nursing knowledge,strengthen education and training of rehabilitation nursing knowledge for orthopedic nurses,stuff rundle construction of orthopedic nursing talents.
