脑瘫儿童功能独立检查的测量研究

A research on functional measurement in children with cerebral palsy

采用儿童功能独立检查法（ＷｅｅＦＩＭ）对３０例脑瘫（ｃｅｒｅｂｒａｌｐａｌｓｙ，ＣＰ）儿童进行测量，并与儿童适应行为量表（ＣＡＢＳ）比较，探讨儿童功能独立检查在ＣＰ儿童残疾组类使用的有效性。统计结果显示３０例ＣＰ儿童的ＷｅｅＦＩＭ总分和适应商数（ＡＤＱ）基本呈正态分布。ＷｅｅＦＩＭ总分、分组及各维度与ＡＤＱ之间的总体相关系数为０．７９５１；与ＣＡＢＳ独立功能因子、ＣＡＢＳ认知功能因子、ＣＡＢＳ社会／自制因子之间的总体相关系数依次为０７６７３，０７３０５，０．８４６４。其中ＷｅｅＦＩＭ运动分组各维度与ＣＡＢＳ独立功能因子、ＷｅｅＦＩＭ认知分组各维度与ＣＡＢＳ认知功能因子的相关系数较高。研究表明ＷｅｅＦＩＭ与ＣＡＢＳ之间呈显著相关，在反映ＣＰ儿童功能状态方面基本一致。ＷｅｅＦＩＭ运动和认知分组各维度所确定的测量范围与分析结果相符，在残疾状况描述和测量所需时间等方面ＷｅｅＦＩＭ也较优，能有效地反映儿童功能独立水平，是一种较好的基本功能测量工具。

This research was to investigate the relationship between functional independence and adaptive behavior in children with cerebral palsy(CP) using Functional Independence Measure for Children (WeeFIM) and the Chinese version of children′s adaptive behavior scale (CABS); and to investigate the validity of WeeFI . Thirty children with cerebral palsy were measured. 27 were male and 7 female. Age ranged from 2.91 to 10.50, with an average age of 5.40 (s=2.01). The results showed that the domains of the subscales of WeeFIM were positively correlated to the adaptive developmental quotient(ADQ) of CABS (r=0.7951); the element of the independence of CABS ( r = 0.7673 ); the element of the cognition of CABS ( r =0.7305); and the element of the social/self control of CABS ( r =0.8464). This research showed that WeeFIM and CABS in CP children were related, because expressing of functional status in using either were identical. WeeFIM , therefore, could reflect the basic function of life of CP children, and can be applied to the functional evaluation in medical rehabilitation of cerebral palsy.
