基于空间相关信息的H.264快速帧内模式选择算法

摘要 简要分析了H.264中的帧内预测模式选择,提出一种简单的快速帧内预测模式选择算法.利用视频数据当中的空间相关性,采用相邻编码块的最佳模式来作为当前编码块最佳模式的选择依据,并且加入刷新机制,有效地减小了待选模式的范围,降低了算法的复杂度.试验结果表明:该算法有效地降低了帧内预测的编码时间,降幅达到了50%以上,同时基本保持了原始算法的编码性能. After a simple analysis of the intra prediction mode decision algorithm in H. 264, a new fast intra mode decision algorithm is presented in this paper based on the spatial correlation in video data. The spatial adjacent coding block's best mode is utilized to obtain the intra prediction of current coding block and the refresh technique is applied to reduce the error. The number of prediction modes and the algorithm complexity are reduced effectively. The experiment results show that the coding time of the new algorithm can be reduced by above 50 % with little degradation in the coding gain.
