摘要
通过对各种电机接线盒引线结构的分析对比,提出了一种新颖的电机引线结构:用一个接线螺栓压接两根引接线并且接线螺栓采用分开加工,解决了隔爆型低压大容量电机定子电流大及接线螺栓加工难的难题,为隔爆型低压大容量电机的开发奠定了基础。
By comparison of the structures of different terminal boxes, a newly structure for leading wiring for motor put forward: two leading fixture wires are clamping connected by one bolt. With this connection method, it is solved the problems of large current in stator for flameprooof low- voltage largesized motor and hardly to machine the wiring bolts.
