黄芪多糖影响NOD小鼠胰岛超微结构及胰腺Th1/Th2型细胞因子表达 被引量:13

摘要 探讨黄芪多糖(APS)对1型糖尿病的影响。电镜观察NOD小鼠胰岛超微结构,RT-PCR检测胰腺Th1/Th2型细胞因子表达。APS组胰岛超微结构保存完好,Th1型细胞因子表达下调,Th2型细胞因子表达上调。APS可纠正1型糖尿病的细胞因子免疫失衡。 The effects of astragalus polysaccharide (APS) on type 1 diabetes mellitus were investigated. The mRNA expressions of Th1/Th2 cytokines of pancrease and ultrastructure of islet were studied. Uhrastructure of islets was well protected in APS group ; the mRNA expressions of Th1 cytokines were downregulated and those of Th2 cytokines were upregulated in APS group. APS may correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokines.
