The biologic significance of nongenomic effects of glucocorticoids

摘要 糖皮质激素(GC)对机体内多种组织和细胞发挥着广泛的作用,调节机体的多种功能,并在临床上有着广泛的应用。现已明确,GC有基因组作用和非基因组作用两种。基因组作用的研究历时已久,机制较为明确,已有许多评述。而非基因组作用则是一相对较新的概念,近年来得到了研究者们的关注。本文着重介绍有关GC非基因组作用的研究进展,并探讨其可能的生物学意义及存在的问题。 Glucocorticoids (GC) exert a broad effect on the body and have been extensively used clinically. It is well known now that GC can act via both genomic and nongenomic mechanisms. Genomic effects of GC have been well reviewed elsewhere. Here we focus on the current understanding of nongenomic effects and discuss their biologic significance as well as the remaining problems in this field.
