机械通气配合高PEEP治疗重症哮喘

Mechanical Ventilation with High Positive End-expiratory Pressure in Treatment of Severe Asthma

目的探讨机械通气配合高呼气末正压(PEEP)治疗重症哮喘的方法及疗效。方法对2003年1月-2007年1月所收13例重症哮喘患者给予机械通气配合高PEEP治疗,并观察疗效。结果13例患者死亡3例,治愈10例;机械通气过程中发生并发症共3种,发生低血压13例,气胸3例,潮气量降低11例。结论只要掌握好适应症,治疗过程中密切观察,对于一般治疗方法不能缓解的重症哮喘患者,机械通气配合高PEEP治疗是一种可供选择的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the method and effectiveness of mechanical ventilation with high positive end -expiratory pressure（PEEP） in the treatment of severe asthma. Methods 13 cases of severe asthma during Jan 2003 and Jan 2007 were performed mechanical ventilation with high positive end -expiratory pressure, at the same time,the effect was evaluated. Results Ten patients in 13 cases were cured, 3 cases were died;And 3 kinds of complications took place. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation with high positive end -expiratory pressure is an effective method to severe asthma, especially to which was noneffective to other methods.
