单纯性非穿透小梁手术的临床研究

目的对单纯性非穿透小梁手术(即不联合植入物)术后早期的降眼压效果及并发症进行观察。方法共选取34例青光眼患者(46眼),包括开角型青光眼及慢性闭角型青光眼,均接受单纯性非穿透小梁手术。记录年龄、术前眼压、术前视力及术前术后眼压、视力的变化幅度,术中及术后的并发症发生情况。结果单纯性非穿透小梁手术术后1周平均眼压为(12·9±4·36)mm Hg,与术前相比有显著性差异(P<0·001),而并发症较少。结论单纯性非穿透小梁切除术是一种安全有效的滤过手术。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of non - penetrating trabecular surgery （ NPTS ） without subscleral implantation in the early postoperative stage. Methods A total of 34 patients （46 eyes） with glaucoma were chosen into this study. Intraocular pressure （IOP） and visual acuity measured preoperation and 1 week postoperation and complications in the early postoperative stage were recorde,]. Results NPTS without subscleral implantation may provide comparable IOP reduction in the early postoperative stage, and is safe. one week average IOP were （12.9 ±4.36 ） mm Hg, which is significant different compared with that before operation（ P 〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion Non -penetrating trabecular surgery is effective and safe.
