股骨头缺血性坏死MRI诊断

摘要 股骨头缺血性坏死又称股骨头无菌性坏死,是由于多种原因引起的常见的骨关节病。磁共振成像(MRI)对反映较早期的股骨头坏死有很大优势,其具有清晰的软组织分辨力,反映病变区域组织学方面变化,可横断面、矢状面、冠状面多方位扫描成像,目前被认为是诊断股骨头缺血性坏死的最佳影像学手段,本组通过收集17例股骨头缺血性坏死资料,讨论、分析其MRI诊断。
