一种网络电视内容监管方法 被引量:5

摘要 广播电视的节目内容需要进行监管,随着模拟电视向数字电视、网络电视的发展,也向监管方法提出新的需求.本文提出了一种适合于基于流媒体实时传输协议(RTP/RTCP)的网络电视内容监管方法.本方法在RTP包扩展头中嵌入与RTP内容绑定的内容监管标记,在内容监管标记中采用MD5、数字签名算法实现安全传输,采用FEC技术实现可靠传输,实现了网络电视的内容监管需求.最后对本方法的系统性能做了分析. TV signal via broadcasting need to be monitor. With the displacing from Simulation TV to Digital TV and IPTV, it's also need new monitor technologies. This paper presented an IPTV monitor technology which is suitable for IPTV via RTP/RTCP streaming protocol. By embed a Content Monitor Indicator (CMI) into RTP header extension, use MD5 algorithm and Digital Sign algorithm in CMI generation, and FEC technology in Digital Sign transmission, this paper fulfill the requirement of IPTV monitor. In the end of this paper, this paper analyzed the system performance and features.
