一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Primary Radical Operation in the Treatment of Perianal Abscess

为探讨肛周脓肿一次性根治术的临床疗效，总结300例急性肛周脓肿分别采取一次切开术、一次脓肿切开挂线术、一次脓肿切开加对口引流术等手术方法的疗效。结果术后痊愈298例，后遗肛瘘2例，治愈率99．3％。结果表明，一次根治术治疗肛周脓肿，降低了复发率和肛瘘的发生率，缩短了疗程，减轻了病人的痛苦。

The therapeutic effect of primary radical operation in the treatment of perianal abscess was observed and that of different procedures（primary incision, primary incision plus thread-drawing and primary incision plus counter-opening drainage） was summarized in the study. As results,out of the 300 patient with acute perianal abscess,298 cases were cured and anal fistula was noticed in 2 cases,the cure rate was 99.3%. It is revealed that primary radical operation is a better one of choice which can lower postoperative relapse of abscess ＆ the incidence rate of anal fistula,shorten the treatment course and relieve pain.
