摘要
我国高等职业教育发轫于20世纪80年代,经过90年代“双起点”、“双证书”的探索阶段,到90年代末21世纪初进入了全面快速发展阶段。根据当前形势,在未来发展中,应当充分认识我国大力发展高职教育的现实意义、现状与改革方向及示范性高职院校建设计划的总体目标。充分发挥高职院校办学自主权,探索有中国特色和地方特色的高等职业教育发展之路。
The development of higher vocational education in China began from 1980s, through the explo- ration phase of “dual-beginning points” and “dual-qualification” in 1990s, it entered into the comprehen- sively rapid development phase at the end of 20th century. According to present situation, in order to explore higher vocational education development pathway of Chinese and local characteristics, the realistic meaning, status, reform direction of vigorously developing higher vocational education in China and overall objectives of the construction plan of demonstration higher vocational schools should be fully recognized, the school-running autonomy of higher vocational schools should be exerted.
