Exploration on the Innovation of Talents Cultivation Model of Vocational Education

推动教育的改革与发展，创新人才培养模式是关键。人才培养模式是一个综合性的系统，具有一定的结构性，包含着若干相互联系的因素，如思想理论、目标、手段、评价等。就职业教育而言，主要有“做中学”、双元制、能力本位、模块式等人才培养模式。创新职业教育人才培养模式，要坚持素质本位的原则和方向，把创新精神和实践能力的培养作为重点。

The key of reform and development of education is to innovate talents cultivation model. Talents cultivation model is a comprehensive system, which has the nature of structure in some degree and inelude some interlinkage factors, such as ideological theory, objectives, measures and evaluation. As far as vocational education is concerned, talents cultivation model mainly comprise of “doing during learning”, “dual＇system”,“eompetency-based” and modularized mode. In order to innovate talents cultivation model of vocational education, the quality based principles and direction should be adhered, the cultivation of innovative spirit and practice abilities should be taken as important points.
