职教集团化的可行性理论分析

我国职教集团发展的理论探讨滞后于实践需要，基于组织学、经济学理论及教育政策的研究有助于构建系统的理论框架。职教集团化的出现符合现代组织结构发展趋势，有益于优化职教资源，形成集约化发展优势；不同的经济学理论与假说，对职教集团化行为具有启示意义。但须思考职教集团自身的本质特征及其与经济社会发展形势及国家政策、区域规划的关系；国家教育政策及相关教育理论也对职教集团化的规划与操作提供了政策及理论依据。

The development of theoretical exploration of vocational education group in China lag behind practical demand, study based on the theory of histology and economics and educational policy is con- ducive to build systematic theory structure. The emergence of vocational education group is adaptable to the development trend of modern organization structure and is good for optimizing vocational education resources; different theories and assumptions of economics have inspiring meaningsto the collectivization behavior of vocational education, but the relationship between the essential characteristics of vocational education group, economic and social development situation, national policy and regional planning should be considered; national education policy and relative education theory also provide policy and theoretical accordance to the planning and operation of vocational education-collectivization.
