上海成人教育需求与应对策略研究

Study on Education Demands of Adults in Shanghai and the Countermeasures

调查显示，上海成人接受教育的意识强烈，动机及期望的教育方式明确，但仍存在一些问题，如成人对国家政策法规和单位培训计划缺少了解，成人教育方式、内容与期望存在较大差距，成人参与教育的时间、精力有限，要求得不到满足。建议加强成人教育立法及政府宏观调控，建立成人教育质量保障体系，鼓励职业组织建立系统的成人教育培训体系，增强成人自我教育的主动性，引导成人掌握自我教育的方法。

Investlgation demonstrated that the adults have strong consciousness and motivation to receive education, and their expected education way is clear. The main problems include： the adult has no aware with national policy and regulations, there exist big gap between adult education mode, content and their expectation, their time and energy of participation are limited. The suggestions are that government should strengthen adult education legislation and macro-control, establish quality assurance system of adult education, and encourage vocational organization to establish adult education training system, reinforce initiative of adult self-education and guide adults to grasp the methods of self-education.
