人口变化视角下北京市高等职业教育生源分析

Analysis on Source of Students of Higher Vocational Education in Beijing from the Perspective of Population Change

伴随着经济社会发展，近年来北京人口增长迅速，人口发展出现了一些新特点。如高等教育适龄人口增加，外来人口、农村待转移劳动力增多，人口老龄化加剧等。尽管北京人口集聚，但高技能人才却严重短缺。这些人口变化的新特点决定了北京高等职业教育招生规模将逐渐扩大，生源构成更加多样化，招生方式也更趋于灵活。

With the development of economy in recent years, population in Beijing grows rapidly and the development of population appears some new features, such as the increase of population of the right age for higher education and the rural labor force and immigration population, aggravation of the aging of the population. Although Beijing has dense population, high-skilled talents are short seriously. The new characteristics of population change decided the enrollment of higher vocational education will gradually ex- pand the scale, the construction of source of students will be more diverse, the enrollment patterns will become more flexible.
