Study on Shareholding System of Higher Education under the Visual Field of Institutional Economics

教育股份制是一种突破了投资主体限制而形成的全社会共同投资办教育的新制度。高等教育走股份制资本运营之路，可以实现办学主体多元化，使产权关系明晰，实现所有权与经营权分离，从而促进产权的重新组合，使其更具效率。

The shareholding system of education is the inevitable outcome of vigorously developing market economy, and also one kind of new feature of whole society investing in education, which breaks through the restriction of investment subject. Higher education should go along the path of capital operation of shareholding system, diversify the subject of running school, clarify property relationship and separate the right of management from the right of ownership, thereby making the recombination of property right more efficient.
