农民职继教育存在的问题与发展对策

Problems Existed in Peasants’ Vocational and Further Education and Its Development Countermeasures

当前，思想认识、教育理念、办学模式以及设施、师资方面的问题制约了我国农民职业教育与继续教育的发展。为此，必须进一步提高与统一认识，使受教育者身心发展与社会经济文化发展需要相结合，树立新教育观念，及时调整培养目标，走社会化经营的办学之路，探索推动农民职继教育良性发展的有效途径与方法。

Nowadays, problems in the aspects of ideological thinking, educational theory, school-running model, infrasturcture and teaching staff restrict the development of vocational and further education for peasants in China. Therefore, vocational and further education for peasants must enhance and unify thinking to combine educatees’ health and mental development with the demand of social, economic and cultural development, establish new education view, adjust cultivation objectives,take the school-running way of socialized management, and explore effective approaches and methods for boosting its benign development.
