摘要
目的探讨强化心理康复教育对乳腺癌患者参加日常生活和工作时间的影响及实施的最佳时机。方法将120例乳腺癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例。实验组在接受全程治疗和心理康复教育的同时,还分不同时间进行强化心理康复教育,对照组患者仅进行全程治疗和心理康复教育。对比分析两组患者出院后参加日常活动及工作的时间。结果实验组患者出院后至参加工作时间及从事日常家务活时间比对照组的乳腺癌患者缩短(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者进行适当的强化心理康复教育,有助于缩短出院后乳腺癌患者参加日常生活和工作的时间,而在化疗结束后进行强化心理康复教育是最佳时机。
Objective To evaluate the effect of intensified instruction of psychological rehabilitation on the time of taking part in daily life and work in patients with breast cancer, and the best time of psychological rehabilitation instruction. Methods 120 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups, 60 in each. The experiment group received the whole range treatment and intensified psychological rehabilitation instruction. The control group received the whole range treatment and routine psychological rehabilitation instruction. Results Patients in the experiment group went back to work and got involved in everyday life activities sooner than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The intensified psychological rehabilitation instruction made noticeable influence on daily occupation and living of patients with breast cancer. The best time to give intensified psychological rehabilitation instruction is the time when they terminated the chemotherapy.
