心理健康指导对行CT增强扫描患者的影响

Influence of mental health guidance on patients who accepted CT reinforce scan

目的探讨心理健康指导与行CT增强扫描患者心理状态、不良反应及治疗效果的关系。方法2004年6月～2006年6月将594例初次接受腹部CT增强扫描患者分为心理健康指导组和常规组。指导组进行全程心理健康指导，常规组按常规操作进行，比较两组检查前的心理状况、在造影过程中不良反应的发生情况及所获得的CT图像质量。结果两组患者在检查前的心理状况、检查过程中不良反应的发生率及CT图像运动性伪影的出现率方面存在统计学差异（均P〈0．05）。其中指导组检查前焦虑的发生情况、检查过程中不良反应发生率及CT图像运动性伪影的出现均低于常规组。结论CT增强扫描中进行全程心理健康指导，能有效地减轻患者焦虑心理及降低副反应发生率，有助于患者更好地配合检查，获得更好的CT诊断图像质量。

Objective To determine the relationship between mental health guidance and the image quality and adverse reaction when patients accepted CT reinforce scan. Methods From Jun, 2004 to Jun, 2006, 594 consecutive patients who underwent abdomen spiral CT reinforce scan at the first time were randomly divided into two groups： a mental health guidance group and a contrastive group. Patients of the first group received mental care before the examination, while the other group did not. Then the adverse reactions caused by fear during the visualization process and the quality of the CT images of patients from both groups were compared. Results Compared with patients from the contrastive group, patients from the mental health guidance group showed a lower occurrence rate of ill reactions during the process, and a lower occurrence of motor artifact of CT images. After a chisquarc test, a significant difference was found （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Mental health guidance before the CT reinforced scan can efficiently reduce mental stress and occurrence of ill reactions and help obtain better CT diagnostic images.
