Orem自理模式在颅脑损伤患者术后护理中的应用

目的提高颅脑损伤患者的自理能力,降低致残率,促进患者早日康复。方法运用Orem自理模式评估患者的自理能力,根据病情变化与发展情况,鼓励患者在护士的指导下参与自我护理。结果28例颅脑损伤患者有25例治愈,恢复自理及工作能力,回归社会;3例好转,恢复部分自理能力。结论应用Orem自理模式对颅脑损伤术后患者进行护理,能增强患者的自理能力,降低致残率,使患者早日回归社会。

Objective To enhance craniocerebrally injured patients＇ self-care ability, reduce crippling rate, and promote the patients＇ recovery. Methods Orem self-care mode was used to appraise patients＇ self-care ability. According to the condition and the development of the disease, patients were encouraged to participate in self-care in the guidance of the nurse. Results Among the 28 patients with craniocerebral injury, 25 were cured and restored the self-care ability and the working ability, and returned to the society. The other three patients changed for the better and restored partial self-care ability. Conclusion Using Orem self-care mode to nurse the craniocerebrally injured patients can strengthen their self-care ability, reduce crippling rate, and enable the patient to return to the society sooner.
