心脏瓣膜置换术后脑出血的观察与护理

目的总结心脏瓣膜置换术后并发脑出血的观察及护理要点。方法回顾分析2002年1月～2007年1月期间本科室收治19例心脏瓣膜置换术后发生脑出血的患者的护理方法。结果心脏瓣膜置换术并发脑出血19例患者中，5例由于出血量大、出血时间长，抢救无效死亡；14例经止血、手术治疗后均得以控制，仅遗留出血部位相应的神经系统症状。结论做好病情观察、加强用药指导，对于保证心脏瓣膜置换术后脑出血的治疗效果和预防再发有重要作用。

Objective To summarize the nursing points for patients with brain hemorrhage after eardiae valve replaeement. Method Nursing points for 19 patients, admitted from Jan. 2002 to Jan. 2007, and who had brain hemorrhage after cardiac valve replacement, were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 19 patients with brain hemorrhage after cardiac valve replacement, five died because of large amount of and long time of hemorrhage. The other 14 patients were under control after treatment, and only some symptoms of nervous system in bleeding sites remained. Conclusion Careful observation of patients＇ condition and medication guidance are important to the therapeutie effectiveness and prevention of recurrence of brain hemorrhage after cardiac valve replacement.
