两种方法外敷治疗甘露醇所致静脉炎效果观察

目的观察两种方法外敷治疗甘露醇所致静脉炎的疗效。方法将144例甘露醇所致静脉炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各72例,观察组应用白萝卜切片调食醋外敷法进行治疗,对照组采用硫酸镁湿热敷法。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.2%,对照组为77.8%,两组比较,χ2=4.57,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论白萝卜调食醋有避瘟解毒,消肿止痛功效,两者合用治疗甘露醇所致静脉炎较硫酸镁湿热敷法好。

Objective To discuss the healing effect of the white turnip compress to treat phlebitis caused by mannite. Methods 144 patients with phlebitis caused by mannite were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 72 in each. In the observation group, the site of phlebitis was compressed with the sliced white turnips were and vinegar. In the control group, traditional hot wet compress was used. Results The total effective rate of the treatment was 97.2% in the Observation Group, and it was 77. 8% in the Control Group. There was significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） Conclusion The white turnip and the vinegar can avoid the pestilence and stop pain. Sliced white turnip and vinegar has the better healing effect to treat phlebitis caused by mannite.
