摘要
用链脲菌素(STZ)复制SD鼠糖尿病模型后,观察不同病程(糖尿病后3、6、9周)其下丘脑、垂体、胰腺和血浆中β-内啡肽(β-EP)、亮啡肽(L-EK)和强啡肽A1-13(DynA1-13)的变化。结果:随病程的延长,病程第6、9周三种阿片肽在各组织平行下降,尤以DynA1-13明显。
Changes of opioid peptides in several tissues from hypothalamus, hypophysis, pancreas and plasma of streptozotocin induced diabetic rats were observed during different courses(3,6,9 weeks). The results demonstrated that the three opioid peptides(β endorphin, Leu enkephalin, DynerphinA 1 13 ) in all the tissues decreased parallelly at 6 and 9 weeks duration. The most obvious decrease was from DynA 1 13 .
