血清1,5-脱水山梨醇测定用于糖尿病监测新指标及其临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 采用吡喃糖氧化酶(PROD)法检测1,5-脱水山梨醇(1,5-AG)浓度。正常人(75例)为29.84±9.91mg/L,正常下限为13.5mg/L;IGT者(18例)为18.61±4.65mg/L;糖尿病患者(188例)为6.58±4.26mg/L,三者间呈显著性差异(P<0.001),糖尿病患者1,5-AG值比正常人低45%。1,5-AG分别与空腹血糖(r=-0.7060)、24小时尿糖(r=-0.8533)、果糖胺(r=-0.6759)、糖化血红蛋白(r=-0.5911)均呈显著负相关,提示1,5-AG可用作糖尿病监测新指标。同时还证明1,5-AG尚可反映过去一周内短期的平均血糖水平,因此弥补了过去缺乏短期指标之不足。 Serum 1,5 AG concentration was determined by pyranose oxidase(PROD) method. Mean 1,5 AG values were 29.84±9.91mg/L in the healthy individuals (n=75) with 13.5mg/L as the normal lower limit, 18.61±4.65mg/L in IGT(n=18), and 6.58±4.26mg/L in diabetic subjects(n=188) There were significant difference among the three groups (P<0 001),1,5 AG concentration was 45% lower in diabetic patients than that in healthy. 1,5 AG level had significantly negative correlation with FBG(r=-0 7060)、UG/24h(r=-0.8533)、FRA(r=-0.6759) and GHb(r=-0.5911) respectively. It may be used as a new marker for monitoring diabetes mellitus. Besides, 1,5 AG concentration reflects glycemic status one week prior to its measurement
