阐明了换算公式Cr.n=β(C20)α中两个常数α与β的物理意义。α是普克特方程tIn=K中的常数n。β是n与其它几个因数有关的另一常数。
This paper explained the physical significances of a and [3 which are two constants in the conversion formula Cr.n = β (C20)α. α is equal to n that is the exponent in Peukert equation tI^n = K.β is the other constant related to n and else factors.
