摘要
简明阐述三峡电站水轮机转轮、蜗壳、导叶等重要部件的工艺方案,着重对转轮叶片的加工工艺进行技术经济分析,提出了近期进行开发的工艺研究项目。
The paper briefly describes the technological scheme of important parts including runner, eddy shell, guide blade etc. for hydraulic turbines of Three Gorges project, especially giving a technical-economical analysis to the manufacturing technology of runner/blade. Furthermore, the subjects regarding technological studies to be developed recently are raised in this paper.
