摘要
人体细胞的凋亡过程中,线粒体被认为是凋亡的中心,PTP是介导线粒体内外膜物质交换的蛋白复合体,直接影响线粒体和细胞的正常功能。运动作为一种特殊刺激,加速机体的物质和能量代谢,使机体处于缺血缺氧状态,引起ATP合成减少、自由基增多、Ca2+浓度及线粒体结构及功能改变等,导致细胞凋亡。就运动状态下,PTP的变化与细胞凋亡的关系做一综述,为科学制定训练计划、防止过度训练提供科学的理论依据。
Mitochondria is considered to be the center of apoptosis , and PTP is the protein complex which mediates substance exchange between outer membrane and inner membrane, it influences the normal function of mitochondria and the cell. Exercise can accelerate the metabolism of substance and energy, reduce the synthesis of ATP, increase free radicals, change Ca2+ concentration, change the structure and function of mitochondria and so on, lead to the apoptosis of the cell. The article summarized the relation of exercise, PTP and cell apoptosis so as to offer theory reference for exercise training.
