Glass fiber is a kind of inorganic fiber with unique properties. Glass fiber fabrics woven in suitable weave styles can be used as reinforcement for silicone rubber, which has some characteristics not found in ordinary rubber. Composite products made up from glass fabric and silicone rubber combine the characteristics of both materials and have found applications in many fields.
