Classic Kaposi's sarcoma: a case report

报告1例经典型卡波西肉瘤。患者男,80岁,汉族。右下肢多发紫红色结节,表面覆疣状痂屑;皮损逐渐蔓延并累及左下肢。组织病理表现为真皮内梭形细胞增生,形成裂隙样血管,其中可见红细胞。部分梭形细胞呈异形性。免疫组化显示CD31(+),CD34(+),FⅧ(+),抗HIV及巨细胞病毒(CMV)抗体均阴性。诊断为卡波西肉瘤。

Kaposi＇s sarcoma （KS） is a multisystem vascular neoplasia characterized by mueoeutaneous violaceous lesions and edema as well as involvement of nearly any organ. We report a case of classic KS. The patient was an 80-vear-old Chinese male. The cutancous lesions were muhiple violaceous nodules localized on the distal portion of lower right extremity with verrucous crusts. The lesions slowly progressed to form large plaque and involved the left. extremity. The histopathology section revealed the proliferation of spindle cells with mild cytologic atypia, expanding entire dermis and forming irregular, cleft-like, angulated vascular channels that contain RBC. Immunoslaining showed CD31（＋）, CD34（＋） and FⅧ（＋）. Labs showed HIV（-） and CMV（-）. IFNα-2h were initiated for treatment.
