摘要
目的通过不良孕育史妇女的染色体检查分析,观察遗传因素在不育中的重要性。方法对2701例妇女的外周血进行染色体核型分析。结果发现染色体异常106例,异常检出率为3.92%。主要异常核型有45,XO 39例,易位17例和倒位8例等。结论染色体异常是妇女不良孕育的重要病因,在妇女不育诊疗中应进行基因诊断以确诊是否有遗传病,为妇女生殖健康和优生提供指导性资料,避免不必要的盲目治疗。
To study the genetic effect on women according to their karotypes. Methods： Karyotypes of 2701 infertil and marriage women were analyzed by chromosome G Banding and C banding methods. Results ： 106 various abnormal karyotypes and chromosome plymorphisms were found in 2701 cases. Major including 39case of 45 ,XO translocation 17 case and 8 cases inversion inv （9）. Conclusion： Chromosomal abnormally is an important cause in women. Gene diagnosis was advised to diagnose genetic disease or not. Which offer guidance on woman reproductive health and improving birth outcome, and avoid need not blindness therapy.
