少精子症患者血清和精液中游离睾酮和双氢睾酮水平的测定及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过测定少精子症患者血清和精液中游离睾酮(FT)和双氢睾酮(DHT)的水平,分析血清和精液中这两种激素与少精子症的关系。方法正常对照组(n=30)、少精子症组(n=40)男性于上午8:00~11:00留取血标本,同时留取精液。常规分析精液判断精子密度,采用放射免疫分析法测定两种标本中FT和DHT。结果少精子症患者血清中FT、DHT浓度分别为(105.50±39.06)pmol/L、(4560.20±1542.60)pmol/L,与正常对照组(120.08±45.67)pmol/L、(5130.50±1250.60)pmol/L相比无显著性差异(P〉0.05);少精子症患者精液中FT、DHT浓度分别为(0.80±0.24)、(402.56±108.25)pmol/L显著低于正常对照组(2.55±0.32)、(725.38±158.93)pmol/L,P〈0.01。结论精液中FT、DHT的测定较早反映睾丸的功能,有利于少精子症患者的早期诊断和治疗。 To detect freetestosterone(FF) ,dihydrotesto - sterone (DHT) in the serum and semen of patients with idiopathic oligospermia, and analyze the relationship between these two hormones and idiopathic oligospermia. Methods:Blood samples were collected from the males of a normal control group( n = 30)and an idiopathic oligospermia group (n = 40 ) at 8:00 - 11:00 a. m. The men's semem samples of these two groups were collected at the same time. Sperm density was detected by routine semen analysis, Fir and DHT were detected by RIA. RESULTS :There were no significant differences in serum concentrations of FF, DHT between idiopathic oligspermia group [ ( 105.50 ± 39. 06 ) pmol/L, (4560. 20 ± 1542. 60 ) pmol/L, respectively ] and normal control group [ ( 120. 08 ± 45.67) pmol/L , (5130. 50 ± 1250. 60) pmol/L ] (allP 〉0. 05). There were significant differences in semen concentrations of FF and DHT between normal control group [ ( 2.55 ± 0. 32 ), (725.38 ± 158. 93 ) pmol/L, respectively ] and idiopathic oligspermia group [ (0. 80 ± 0. 24 ), (402. 56 ± 108.25 )pmol/L] ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:Measurements of semen FF and DHT concentration could early reflect the function of the testis,which contributes to the early diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic oligspermia.
