摘要
公理化设计作为一种科学的产品设计方法,为产品创新设计和改进设计提供了基本原则和概念性框架。将公理化设计理论中的信息公理应用于层次分析法和递阶质量屋中,提出一种对产品设计方案进行定量评价的方法。以冰箱设计为例,建立了设计方案评价指标体系,综合考虑各评价指标的权重,给出了评价指标信息量的计算公式和设计方案评价决策的方法,从而为产品设计提供了一种科学的决策依据。
As a scientific design method of products, axiomatic design provides the essential principle and conceptual frame for product innovation design and improved design. The paper puts the information axiom into analysis hierarchy process (AHP) and hierachical house of quality and brings forward a method to evaluate the product scheme in quantity. Taking the design of refrigerator for example, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of design schemes by considering the weight of various indexes, and gives the calculational formulae of information content of evaluation indexes and the decision - making method for evafuting design schemes. Therefore it provides a scientific gist of decision - making for product design.
