摘要
采用解析法建立了一般情况下混合点近似直线机构综合的通用数学模型,并给出了方程中关键参数的求解方法。为避免机构综合过程中设计参数选取的盲目性,利用数值计算方法确定并绘制设计变量的可取值域。对于综合得到的一系列可行机构的直线近似度、最大杆长、机构类型等性能参数进行了比较和分析。开发了机构综合软件并给出综合示例验证了公式和方法的正确性和可行性。
A general synthesis model of mixed-point straight-line linkage in the general condition was established, and some key parameters in the equations were solved. To avoid aimlessness in choosing design parameters, the variable permission scopes were computed and protracted by applying numerical method. The property parameters, such as straight-line deviate tolerance, maximal length, mechanism type, were compared and analyzed. The results of synthesis examples through developed software verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed formulas and method.
