摘要
通过引入GBOM的属性-属性值-配置规则模型解决大规模定制下物料表达问题;改进基于属性-属性值相似的物料时段生产计划制定方法,以确定各最终零部件的加工数量和加工时间;根据延迟区分生产模型,提出基于知识的物料阶段生产计划,以快速地确定各个加工阶段的物料需求。开发了相应的生产计划模块,并以活扳手的活嘴生产为例,验证了上述广义通用件生产计划方法在实际生产中的有效性与方便性。
The attribute-value representation in Generic BOM (GBOM) together with the corresponding configuration rules is applied to deal with components'varieties. To determine the production quantities and process period of common components, time-interval-production plans are then established based on GBOM. According to a postpone- ment oriented production model, production quantities and process period of common components, time-interval-pro- duction plans are then established based on GBOM. According to a postponement oriented production model, production plans for stages are made to quickly determine the batch quanty of each processing stage with aid of the prescribed knowledge rules. Finally, a case study illustrates the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed production planning method of generalized common component.
