摘要 介绍了碱性镍电池用镍带、钢带、镀镍穿孔钢带、泡沫镍和镍纤维等集流材料的技术条件;提出了穿孔钢带镀镍的技术要求;分别论述了泡沫镍、镍纤维的性能,(如厚度、比表面积、孔径、孔隙率、结构及抗拉强度等)对碱性镍电池使用效果的影响。综述了减薄镀镍钢带厚度、增加表面粗糙度和改善耐腐蚀性等提高电池性能的方法。 The technical conditions of nickel sheet, steel sheet, punched hole plated nickel steel sheet, nickel foam and nickel fibre as the current collecting material for alkaline nickel battery were introduced. The technique requirements of hole-punched and nickel-plated steel sheet were put forwarded. The influences of nickel foam and nickel fibre performance (such as the thickness, specific surface area, average aperture, porosity, structure and tensile strength) on the performance of alkaline nickel battery were interpreted. The methods to improve the performance of alkaline nickel battery, such as reducing the thickness of plated nickel steel sheet, roughening the surface and improving the corrosion resistance performance were summarized.
