摘要
用熔炼法制备了La0.7Mg0.3Ni2.5+xCo0.5(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)贮氢合金。采用X射线衍射和三电极测试体系研究了合金的相结构、贮氢性能和电化学性能。结果表明:该系列合金均由(La,Mg)Ni3相、LaNi5相及少量杂质相组成;合金的贮氢容量随x值的增大而增加,当x=0.3时,贮氢容量达到1.42%,合金的最大放电容量可达377.5 mAh/g。该系列合金的活化性能较好(活化次数均为1次)。随着x值的增加,合金的平台性能和稳定性能减弱。
The La0.7 Mg0.3 Ni2.5 + x Co0.5 ( x = 0,0.1,0.2,0.3) hydrogen storage alloys were prepared by the smelting process. The phase structure, hydrogen storage performance and electrochemical performance of the alloys were studied by XRD and threeelectrode test system. The results showed that the alloys were composed by (La, Mg)Ni3 phase, LaNi5 phase and some impurity phases. The hydrogen storage capacity of the alloys increased with the increasing of x and it was 1.42% when x = 0.3. The maximum discharge capacity of the alloys was 377.5 mAh/g. The activation performance of the alloys was better (the number of activation was only 1 time). The stability and plateau performance of the alloys decreased with the increasing of x.
