摘要
通过检测烫伤部位皮肤组织匀浆中荧光标记白蛋白的含量,观察了大鼠烫伤6、12和24h后皮肤微血管壁通速性的变化以及-100、-250、-500、-750和一1000V驻极体对这种变化的影响。结果指出:(1)烫伤后12h。大鼠皮肤血管壁通透性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),-250、-500和一750V驻极体治疗组大鼠的血管壁通透性明显低于烫伤组(P<0,05),-1000V驻极体治疗组皮肤血管壁通透性高于烫伤组。(2)烫伤后12、24h,-500V驻极体治疗组的皮肤血管壁通透性低于烫伤组。提示驻极体对皮肤微血管壁通透性具有双向调节作用。
: ln this paper , the changes in content of FITC labeled albumin in skin tissue in scalded rats have been measured to study the changes in vascular permeability and to discuss the influence of electret on skin vascu- lar permcability. The results showed that (1 ) 12 hours after scalding ,the skin vascular permeability in the scalded rats was markedly higher than those of controls (P<0. 01 ) and the skin vascular permeability of - 250、- 500 and - 750V electret treatment group was lower than those of scalding group (P<0. 05) ,but - 1000V electret group was higher than those of scalding group. (2 ) 12 hours and 24 hours after scalding ,the skin vascular permeability in scalded rats of - 500V electret treatment group was lower than those of scalding group. The results suggest that electret have beneficial effects in modulating vscular permeability of scalded rats in both sides.
