摘要
将时域有限差分方法(FDTD)用于二维光子晶体线缺陷特性研究.以二维光子晶体TE模作为研究对象,计算了近红外电磁波在光子晶体直线缺陷内的透射率分布及在具有拐弯的线缺陷光子晶体内拐角处透射率分布.结果表明,处于禁带内的电磁波能在线缺陷内传播,且在拐角处能耗较小.计算了处于带隙内的单频时谐波在几种线缺陷结构内的传播行为及电场分布,从电场值分布仍可得到单频时谐波在拐角处能耗小的结论.
Two-dimensional photonic crystals with line-defect were studied using the finite-difference time-domain method (FDTD). The TE wave of photonic crystal is the research object. The transmission coefficient versus frequency is calculated at the outpot and the sharp comer of the line-detect when the near infrared wave propagates in it. The result shows that the wave in the band can propagate in the line-detect with a high transmission at the sharp comers. The E-vector distribution is showed when a time-harmonics propagates in photonic crystal. There is a high transmission of time-harmonics too.
