摘要
通过对典型路面实车试验获得的载荷数据进行处理,利用雨流计数法编制了传动系统的载荷谱。通过应力、强度干涉模型建立该底盘侧减速器可靠度的计算模型,然后利用接触强度寿命系数与应力循环次数的计算关系,求出了以行驶里程表达的主、被动齿轮接触疲劳可靠性寿命分别为11583 km,18533 km。分析目的在于研究侧减速器的失效机理、寿命预测方法,并通过评估其在服役环境下的使用寿命,为使用、维修和再制造提供策略、建议。
By dealing with the load data from vehicle test on typical terrain, this paper obtains the load spectrum of transmission system that is more close to the fact. According to the stress and intensity interference model, the calculation model of the side reducer reliability is established. By using the calculation relation between the contact intensity life coefficient and the stress cycle times, the reliable life of the active and passive gear' s contact fatigue that is expressed by traveling miles respectively is calculated as 11 583 km, 18 533 km. The aim is to analyze its fault mechanism, to seek a method to predict the span life of the side reducer and to evaluate its service life. Some suggestions are provided for its use, maintainment and remaking.
